A documentary film from puppet film atelier, depicting Jiri Trnka and his colleagues working in his studio. Demonstrations of puppet animation, production of props for puppet films are shown. The film includes excerpts from Trnka’s films (Arie prerie, Bajaja and others) and presents also his paintings and book illustrations.

These programs are the collections of Narodni filmovy archiv, Czech Republic.
