Selected works of International Program 2006/06/21

This year, Taiwan International Animation Festival has received 307 entries from all over the world, and the jurors have selected 58 works. These works will be presented in the category of ” International program.”

Gobelins summer school 2006/06/19

GOBELINS is offering an international summer school program in its Paris locale, so that students and young professionals from around the world can discover the best of French and European production and so analyse its characteristics, its ‘savoir faire’ and specificities.

This summer school will also provide an opportunity for its participants to meet several creators and the heads of animation studios and thus enable them to establish personal contacts, to know exactly the activities of each studio and the profiles they are looking for (training programs, recruitment).

Cost: 2000€, which includes the summer school programme, lodging (from July 2nd to 16th), lunches during the week and travel passes within Paris.

From Monday July 3rd to Thursday July 13th for programmed activities.

Selected works of Taiwan Competition 2006/06/14

To encourage the animation production and provide the Taiwanese animators a stage to present their works, TIAF starts a domestic competition this year. We received 279 entries and the jurors have selected 34 works. These works will be presented in the category of “Taiwan Competition.”
